Placing Orders

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed online and will be delivered to your loved one for free! Start by selecting the hospital where your loved one is staying. Then, simply browse our items or search for something specific. Add the item(s) to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

During checkout, you'll be able to specify the recipient's name and hospital room number (if known). You can also add a gift message that will be included with your order.

Can I add a gift message?

During checkout, use the Gift Message box to enter a personalized message. A Cloverkey associate will print out the gift message and deliver it together with your order — for free!

Is your website secure?

Our website is safe and secure to order from. We use TLS encryption to secure all customer and order data. If a website is secured with TLS encryption, your web browser will display a lock icon in the address bar, like so:

During checkout, you have the option to submit your order as a guest or create an account. In the event you create an account and save your credit card, we will never store the credit card details on our server. Instead, credit card details are securely stored with our payment processor.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

For online orders, Cloverkey has a minimum order amount of just $15.00 — this allows us to offer FREE delivery! The minimum order amount excludes any sales tax.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Amazon Pay.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply; please review our complete Return Policy for more information.

Can I return an item for store credit?

Yes ⁠— most new, unopened items can be returned for store credit, as long as the return is done within 30 days of purchase. Defective merchandise can be returned for store credit after 30 days. Review our complete Return Policy for more information.

Can floral arrangements be returned?

Fresh floral arrangements must be returned within 48 hours of delivery. If the floral arrangement was not adequately cared for after delivery, a return or exchange may be refused.

In the event that a specific flower type is not available at the time of purchase, Cloverkey reserves the right to substitute a flower or equal or greater value. A refund or exchange will not be issued if the substitution is the reason for the return.

How quickly are refunds issued?

Refunds are submitted immediately to our payment processor at the time the return is performed. The time it takes for the refund to hit your credit or debit card depends on your bank; typically, refunds take 3-7 days to process.

Delivery

What items are available for same-day delivery?

All items available on our website are eligible for free same-day delivery.

For orders placed Monday through Friday, the order must be submitted by 2:00 PM local time (the time zone where the hospital is located) to be delivered same-day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the order must be submitted by 12:00 PM local time to be delivered same-day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Who will deliver my order?

A friendly Cloverkey associate will hand deliver your order to the hospital patient. Cloverkey orders are always delivered promptly, accurately, and with a smile!

How quickly will you deliver my order?

Do you charge any delivery fees?

Delivery is always free! You'll pay no extra charge for same-day delivery.

How will the recipient know who the gift is from?

During checkout, you'll have the option to enter a gift message, which will be printed and delivered to the recipient together with your order. We'll also print your contact name on the gift receipt. Gift receipts never display the product price or order total.

How will I know if my order has been delivered?

You'll get an automated email as soon as your order is delivered. No guessing when or if the gift was received!

What will happen to my order if the recipient has already left the hospital?

If your loved one has already been discharged from the hospital by the time your order is ready to be delivered, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. You'll be notified via email and/or phone if your order was cancelled.
