At Cloverkey, we offer free returns and exchanges for most new, unopened items.

Cloverkey Return Policy

Most new, unopened items purchased from Cloverkey can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. A valid receipt is required. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or to a Cloverkey gift card; cash refunds are not allowed.

A valid photo ID may be required for any return or exchange. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

After 30 days, defective items may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. We will not accept exchanges or returns for non-defective items after the 30-day period is over.

Return Policy Exceptions

Floral Arrangements:

Fresh floral arrangements must be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds or exchanges may be refused if the floral arrangement was not properly cared for after delivery.

In the event that a specific flower type is not available at the time of purchase, Cloverkey reserves the right to substitute a flower or equal or greater value. A refund or exchange will not be issued if the substitution is the reason for the return.

Electronics:

Electronics — such as phone chargers, earbuds, headphones, and speakers — must be unopened and in their original packaging, unless the item is defective.

Plush Toys:

Plush animals cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective.

Sale & Clearance Items:

Items that were purchased on sale or clearance can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Food & Drinks:

Due to health and safety concerns, food and drinks cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they are unopened.

Healthcare & Personal Care Items:

Healthcare and personal care items — such as over-the-counter medicine and toiletries — cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.

Inflated Balloons:

Inflated balloons may not be returned unless they are defective.

Clothing & Accessories:

Pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they are unopened.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
